We are full time real estate professionals, Cathy since 2005 and David since 2007, in that time we have come to appreciate the complexities of buying and selling a home. We are confident that we can make your real estate experience informative, enjoyable and successful.

In the 38 years that we have been married we have designed and built 4 homes and renovated many others so we can appreciate the small details as well as the larger issues involved with buying and selling. David served as a firefighter for 26 years and was involved with negotiations for contracts and grievance arbitrations; Cathy has her Certified Negotiations Experts(CNE)® designation.
