As an Award winning Real Estate professional, Megan is proud to have been a resident of the Saint John area for over 20 years, it is her home and a place she truly loves. Megan has been a licensed real estate professional for over 12 years, beginning her career with a team, spending a few years as an individual agent, and now leads a high producing team of her own. She gained extensive knowledge of the industry and began her career focusing on new construction.

Megan is happy to work with all types of clients, whether new construction, buying or selling a home, investing, and land development. Real estate is not just a job for Megan, it’s a full time passion! When she’s not helping clients with buying or selling their properties, she loves investing in her own! Flipping houses is something she really enjoys, as it allows her to couple her passion for real estate with her flair for design. She loves putting the work into these projects, seeing the transformation, and helping turn a property into someone’s dream home. Megan also can be found coaching other agents.
Being a positive role model for our community’s youth is something very important to her. She is able to do in part by spending time coaching high school basketball. She loves spending time at home reading, baking, or just hanging out with family and friends, and her two English bulldogs Bo & Becca, or in the summer months on her boat.

Megan is approachable and kind – these are qualities she admires and appreciates in others, and they contribute to the positivity she aims to bring to all of her relationships. She is also dedicated and dependable, and when it comes to her clients, her mission is to work hard on their behalf and leave them feeling thrilled after achieving their real estate goals.
