Susan Steeves has a proven track record as a business owner, as well as a sales, marketing and service leader in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years. Since 2009, Susan and her husband Tony, have successfully owned and operated two thriving New Brunswick companies, as well as owning a number of income properties in Greater Moncton. Susan is an Alumni of Atlantic Baptist College in Moncton and a graduate of Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Susan grew up in Riverview, New Brunswick. She attended university and worked in Hotel Sales and Marketing in Halifax for 27 years, before returning home to Moncton in 2008, to accept a Management Position with PACRIM Hotel Management. She began selling real estate in 2016, earning Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 with Royal LePage Atlantic. Susan joined Keller Williams Capital Realty in April 2018. Susan believes that giving back to the community is very important and has served on a number of charitable, Regional and National Boards.

Susan’s consultative sales approach is client focused and results driven. “The Customer Comes First” and “That’s What I’m Here For” are integral values that are deeply intertwined into every relationship and business negotiation that she engages in.
