Recreational woodlot located on Memel Rd about 2km off Albert Mines Rd. Very good seasonal road that doubles as snowmobile /bike trails as well. woodlot was last partially cut in 1985 and was precommerically thinned in about 2000. Very good stand of mixed hard and soft wood. land is dry with slope towards the south with the Curryville Creek running through and along the southern side line.
